The president and CEO of Tri-National, Inc., Robert Rogulic serves as an accomplished leader with numerous years of experience in the transportation industry. When he’s not busy overseeing operations at his company, Robert Rogulic enjoys staying active through his membership at Edgewood Valley Country Club (EVCC) in LaGrange, Illinois. Since 1910, EVCC has been providing high-quality social experiences to families and individuals. Among its many programs is the Caddie Program. Dating back to the organization’s founding, the program has welcomed numerous generations of caddies over the years, including over 100 of whom won the Evans Scholars college scholarship, an award that is sponsored by the Western Golf Association and provides recipients with four-year scholarships for tuition and housing. Through EVCC’s caddie program, young men and women have the opportunity to work outside during the summer. Participating caddies earn a competitive wage for working at the Club and receive an increase in pay with each subsequent year they participate in the program. Caddies are also given the chance to play on EVCC’s golf course once per week during their service. Following each summer, all individuals who belong to the EVCC caddie program are invited to a Caddie Banquet. At this event, caddies are recognized for their efforts during the summer and receive such titles as Rookie of the Year and Caddie of the Year.

A member of the United States Golf Association, the Western Golf Association, and the Chicago District Golf Association, Edgewood Valley prides itself on its well-kept 18-hole golf course, which is continually groomed and maintained. The course was renovated in 2006, which brought the total number of bunkers to more than 100. With the course’s numerous challenges, including its narrow fairways, golfers typically find that it plays longer than its yardage. For instance, hole three is technically a short par-4, buts its significant dogleg means golfers must make a near-perfect tee shot to hit the green. |
